Jeffrey and Lisa married in 1991. They have two sons, Jeffrey Jr. and Joshua both of whom started cleaning at an early age during summers and school breaks. The family joyously grew with the wedding of Jeffrey Jr. to Sarah Beth in 2016 and in November 2019, granddaughter Emmalyn. 

Jeffrey served 9 years of Active Duty in the United States Navy and completed 3 tours of duty; USS JOHN F. KENNEDY (CV-67), Navy Recruiting District New York and finally, USS KAUFMAN (FFG-59). After his final assignment, he transferred to the Individual Ready Reserve in 1994 and settled in Chesapeake, VA. In 1995, he, Lisa and Jeffrey Jr. moved to SW Florida at which time he commenced his cleaning career. Following the Attack on America on September 11th, 2001, Jeffrey returned to Navy service in a more active capacity as a "Selected Reservist," serving one weekend a month and several weeks a year. During this time, his assignments included Special Operations Command South, Fleet Forces Command Joint Task Force, Surface Forces Atlantic Command HQ and as Commanding Officer, Operations Support Unit Miami. He retired in 2014 with 28 years of service.

Jeffrey is an IICRC Certified "Master Textile Cleaner" and is committed to continuing education to remain highly-skilled in the latest techniques and cleaning methods.
