We can also provide an approximate estimate, by phone or email, based on the square footage of carpet or tile you provide. Simply measure the dimensions of the rooms you desire to have cleaned, this is your gross square footage. Then, measure the furniture items you do not want to be cleaned underneath, this is the square footage to subtract from the gross square footage. After the subtraction, you have the "net square footage." This figure is used to calculate pricing. Simply call or email this figure to us and we can provide you an approximate estimate for cleaning. For upholstery cleaning, you may take a picture of each piece of furniture, as well as the cleaning code tag under the middle seat cushion, and email them to the office email address. They can also be texted to Jeffrey’s cell phone. Do not worry if this cannot be done. We would be happy to schedule a time to come out and do this for you. Should you desire to proceed with cleaning based on the approximate estimate figure, we measure upon arrival to confirm pricing.

In some instances, on-site inspection is required to assess fabric on upholstered furniture and / or condition of carpet or tile. We would be happy to come and inspect your property and leave you with a written estimate to think about.

Protecting your home and belongings during the course of our servicing your cleaning needs is equally important. Thus, exhaustive effort is made to protect every possible contact point of our hoses and equipment while in your home. We ask for you to remove all delicate and small items yourself prior to our arrival. We ask that these be placed in a location away from the areas to be cleaned. Floor mats are placed on hard surface flooring at every edge where carpet cleaning is taking place. Runners are placed on hard surfaces as needed. Corner guards are placed at every wall corner and door casing to protect walls and molding.  

In addition:
  • Furniture skirts are pinned up
  • Draperies are lifted into and protected with plastic bags
  • Styrofoam blocks and plastic tabs are placed under the legs of furniture that are moved
  • Furniture sliders are used to move all furniture that is not lifted to protect flooring and legs of furniture
